Our Ready-to-Wed semi-custom suites allow for personalization of colors, wording, and embellishments, while maintaining the integrity of an existing design. It’s the perfect option for couples looking for elevated design with a shorter timeline and lower investment.
For custom invitations, we recommend booking at least 9 months before your wedding date. For Ready-to-Wed suites, 3–5 months ahead is ideal, depending on your print method and mail-out date.
Digital: Printed in full color, fast turnaround, ideal for layered designs
Letterpress/Foil/Embossing: Deeper impression or shine, longer timeline, premium finish
Turnaround can range from 1–4 weeks after proof approval depending on method.
Ordering Process
Our custom invitation experience is highly collaborative and tailored to your event from start to finish. We begin with a design consultation to understand your vision, aesthetic preferences, and wedding details. From there, we thoughtfully develop a bespoke suite that reflects your celebration—considering layout, print methods, paper selection, and meaningful design elements throughout.
Custom projects include unlimited revision rounds (within reason), allowing us to refine every detail with intention. Timelines are structured around your planning needs and the complexity of your suite, with most couples booking 9–12 months in advance to allow for a seamless design experience.
Timeline & Mailing
Local weddings: Mail 10–12 weeks in advance
Destination weddings: Mail 16–20 weeks in advance
Ideally 8–12 months in advance, especially during peak travel seasons
Digital print: ~2 weeks from final approval
Letterpress/Foil: 3–4 weeks depending on complexity
Rush services are available on a limited basis—please contact us with questions.
We accept a limited number of rush orders each month, depending on production capacity and print method. If you're on a shorter timeline, please reach out before ordering to confirm availability.
Digital printing can typically be completed within 5–10 business days from final proof approval. Luxury printing methods—such as letterpress, foil stamping, or embossing—require additional time, with most rush options ranging from 2–3 weeks depending on complexity and quantity.
Please note: rush fees may apply and expedited shipping is recommended for time-sensitive orders. We’re happy to advise on the best timeline and print method for your event.
Design & Customization
Absolutely. Our Ready-to-Wed suites are designed to offer flexibility while maintaining a cohesive, elevated look. You can personalize the wording, color palette, paper type, and print method. Embellishments like wax seals, silk ribbon, envelope liners, and calligraphy can be added as well.

We offer a range of refined details including wax seals, vellum wraps, silk and cotton ribbon, envelope liners, edge painting, and more. These enhancements can be previewed in our Design Center and added during the design phase—so there’s no need to decide everything up front. You’ll have the flexibility to explore print methods and finishing touches as we refine your suite together.
Yes, sample packs are available and highly recommended so you can see and feel the paper and printing methods before ordering.
Guest Addressing & Assembly
Yes, digital guest addressing is included in all of our ready-to-wed collection and custom collection invitation suites. We’ll send a spreadsheet template to format your addresses properly. You’ll approve a proof before printing.
Assembly is included with all custom invitation suites. For Ready-to-Wed orders, full suite assembly can be added as an optional upgrade during the design process. Envelope liners are always pre-assembled for both custom and semi-custom suites.
While we do not offer direct mailing, we recommend sending your finished suites from your local post office to ensure care, accuracy, and a local postmark.
Yes, we offer postage application for both RSVP and main envelopes as an optional service. If you'd like us to handle this step, we’ll apply the correct postage based on your suite's weight and configuration. Postage fees and application costs will be included in your final invoice.
Your invitations will arrive to you ready to take to your local post office.
We work with a trusted vintage stamp curator and would be happy to help you select a custom combination of vintage stamps that reflects your event’s aesthetic. Vintage postage is both functional and beautiful, and can elevate the look of your envelope. Pricing varies depending on availability and denomination needs—please inquire during the design phase if you're interested.
RSVP Options
Digital RSVPs: Convenient for guests, quick response tracking, great for wedding websites
Mailed RSVPs: Elegant, tactile experience, encourages formality and keepsake value

Policies & Payment
Because each order is custom printed, we cannot accept returns. Cancellations may be considered prior to design work beginning, but are subject to a cancellation fee.
Once a design is approved and sent to print, no changes can be made. Please double-check all spelling, dates, and addresses carefully.
Full payment is due for Ready-to-Wed orders at checkout. Custom projects may be paid in installments with a deposit to begin.
