Reception and Day of Details Checklist
IT’S ALL IN THE DETAILS
It is allllll about the details for me as a calligrapher. I’m obsessed with the seemingly small wedding components and elements that make your guests notice the extra special details you’ve put into your wedding day.
Day of details are the components of your wedding day that make every moment special. From monograms to custom matchbooks and bar signs, the day of details take your wedding design and make it a completely personal experience for you and your guests.
How many day of details can you have? There are never enough.
CEREMONY
Start your wedding day with more traditional ceremony programs or ceremony signs. If you are having a summer wedding, offer guests fans featuring your wedding monogram or your vows. As the ceremony ends, a directional sign can lead guests to the cocktail hour.
COCKTAIL HOUR
Guest book and gift and card signs are the first things guests see as they enter the cocktails hour. Bar menus highlight signature drinks for the bride and groom and monogrammed coasters and napkins add a personal touch.
RECEPTION
As the reception begins, seating charts or place cards with custom ink matching your wedding colors direct guests to their tables with table numbers featuring your wedding monogram.
